In this course, you will learn to use Autodesk 3DS Max to model, animate, and render high-quality 3D images. You will learn to model the human body from head to toe in a variety of ways, including a structure rig. You will also learn to model assets, create and animate characters, work with character rigs, and work with materials. Once you are comfortable with 3DS Max, you will learn to animate the different body parts using motion capture, pose your character in a 3D scene, and add lighting to the scene.
Finally, you will learn how to render your 3D scene using the Render engine. You will learn how to import your 3D scene into a game engine, such as Unity, Unreal Engine 4, and UDK, to add a game to your 3D scene. You will also learn how to export your 3D model and the 3D scene into a format that you can use to import the models into your game engine.
Students taking this course will earn 3D modeling and animation, game development, and visual effects certifications upon completion.
